1. Company Information
HB Luxury Travel is a tourism transport company registered in Morocco,
operating from Tanger. We provide private transfers, guided excursions, and multi-day circuits across Morocco.
2. Services
HB Luxury Travel offers:
- Airport/hotel private transfers (Tanger and all Moroccan airports)
- City tours and guided excursions
- Multi-day circuits across Morocco
- VIP Fast Track airport assistance
- Private vehicle hire with driver
3. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from HB Luxury Travel
- Full payment or deposit may be required to secure your booking
- Confirmation will be sent by email and/or WhatsApp within 2 hours
- You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information
4. Prices
- All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
- Prices include transportation and guide fees as specified per tour
- Entrance fees, meals, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
5. Liability
HB Luxury Travel shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during tours
- Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics)
HB Luxury Travel maintains appropriate insurance for all vehicles and drivers
as required by Moroccan law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanger, Morocco.
7. Modifications
HB Luxury Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
