HB Luxury Travel uses CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire),
Morocco's official payment gateway, for all online card transactions.
All payments are secured by SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- Visa (credit and debit)
- Mastercard (credit and debit)
- Moroccan bank cards (CMI network)
- Bank transfer (for bookings over €300)
- Cash (MAD or EUR, on arrival)
- WhatsApp / phone reservations with manual payment
2. Payment Security
Online payments are processed by CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire):
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all transactions
- 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode)
- PCI-DSS compliant payment processing
- HB Luxury Travel never stores your full card number or CVV
Your card data is transmitted directly to CMI's secure servers.
We only receive a transaction reference and approval status.
3. Billing Currency
- Tour prices are displayed in Euros (€)
- Online card payments are processed in MAD (Moroccan Dirham) via CMI
- Currency conversion is applied at the rate of the day
- Your bank may apply additional foreign currency fees
4. Refund Process
Refunds are issued based on our Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are processed in MAD. If you paid in EUR, the refunded amount
may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
5. Disputed Transactions / Chargebacks
If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made:
- Contact us immediately at contact@hb-luxurytravel.ma
- Provide your booking reference, transaction date, and amount
- We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your future bookings
being declined. We resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
6. Payment Issues
If your payment fails or you encounter issues:
- Check that your card allows international/online transactions
- Ensure your billing details match your bank records
- Contact your bank to authorize the transaction
- Or reach us via WhatsApp for alternative payment arrangements
