How do I book a tour?
You can book via our website form, WhatsApp (+212 666 947 850), or email. We confirm all bookings within 2 hours. For same-day bookings, WhatsApp is the fastest option.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes, all our tours are 100% private — your vehicle and guide are exclusively for your group. No strangers, no shared buses.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides and drivers speak French, English, Spanish, and Arabic. Please specify your preferred language when booking.
What type of vehicles do you use?
We use premium Mercedes vehicles (Mercedes-Benz Vito, Sprinter, and E-Class) for small to large groups. All vehicles are air-conditioned, clean, and regularly maintained.
Are entrance fees included in the tour price?
Unless explicitly stated in the tour description, entrance fees to sites, museums, and attractions are not included. Your guide will inform you of costs at each stop.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Moroccan bank cards (via CMI), bank transfers, and cash (EUR or MAD). Online payments are processed securely through CMI — Morocco's official payment gateway.
Is my card payment secure?
Yes. All online payments use SSL 256-bit encryption and are processed by CMI (PCI-DSS certified). We never store your card number or CVV. Your bank may apply 3D Secure authentication as an extra security step.
In what currency are prices charged?
Prices are displayed in Euros (€). Online payments are processed in MAD (Moroccan Dirhams) by CMI at the day's exchange rate. Your bank may apply additional currency conversion fees.
When is payment required?
For online bookings, payment is required to confirm your reservation. For WhatsApp/email bookings, a deposit or full payment may be requested depending on tour value. Cash payment on the day is also possible for some services.
Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before departure. See our full
Cancellation Policy for details on partial refunds.
How do I change my booking date?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference. Rescheduling is free if requested more than 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.
What if HB Luxury Travel cancels my tour?
In the rare case we need to cancel (severe weather, force majeure), you will receive a full 100% refund within 5 business days, or a complimentary rescheduling at your choice.
Logistics
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes, we provide airport pickup and drop-off at all major Moroccan airports including Tanger Ibn Battouta, Mohammed V Casablanca, Marrakech Menara, Agadir Al Massira, and more. Your driver will wait with a name sign in arrivals.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor flight status in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge. Please make sure your flight number is in your booking.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child and baby seats are available free of charge. Please request them when booking and specify the child's age.
