1. Cancellation by Client

Notice Given	Refund
More than 72 hours before departure	100% refund
48 – 72 hours before departure	50% refund
24 – 48 hours before departure	25% refund
Less than 24 hours / No show	No refund

2. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, please contact us through any of the following:

Cancellation requests must include your booking reference number and full name. The cancellation time is recorded when we receive your request.

3. Modification / Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is free if requested more than 48 hours before departure
• Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee of €15
• Rescheduling is subject to vehicle and guide availability

4. Cancellation by HB Luxury Travel

In rare cases, HB Luxury Travel may cancel a tour due to:

• Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
• Vehicle breakdown with no available replacement
• Government travel restrictions or force majeure

5. No Show Policy

If you do not show up at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued. Our driver will wait up to 30 minutes for airport/hotel pickups.
