1. How to Book
You can book with HB Luxury Travel through:
- Online form — via our website booking form
- WhatsApp — +212 666 947 850 (fastest response)
- Email — contact@hb-luxurytravel.ma
- Online payment — secure card payment via CMI
2. Booking Confirmation
- Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation
- We confirm all bookings within 2 hours (during business hours)
- Confirmation is sent via email and WhatsApp
- A booking reference number is assigned to every confirmed reservation
For same-day bookings, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp for fastest confirmation.
3. Passenger Information
- Provide the full name of the lead traveler
- Specify the exact number of passengers (adults/children)
- For airport pickups: provide flight number and arrival time
- List any special requirements (wheelchair access, child seats, etc.)
4. Pickup & Meeting Points
- Our driver will be at the agreed location 15 minutes before departure
- For airport pickups: driver waits in arrivals with a name sign
- If you cannot locate your driver, call +212 666 947 850 immediately
- Wait time: 30 minutes for airport pickups, 10 minutes for hotel pickups
5. Children Policy
- Children under 3 years: free (no seat count)
- Children 3–12 years: 50% discount on most tours (request at booking)
- Child seats available upon advance request (no extra charge)
6. Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted in our vehicles unless specifically agreed in advance and subject to vehicle availability.
